tension rods are waiting for me, Right on! So I unpack everything, which by the way I purchased on ebay from a private seller, and the tension rods look good with the new ES bushings installed. Then I unpack the oil cooler and find the guy had cut the upper supports off because as he stated he was going to install it, or try to, in place of the side mount because he switched to a fmic. Then as I look further I notice he also bent the piping necks to try to make it fit. I was happy to have it all the same for the price, less than half of new, but I was pissed because he never mentioned the alterations to a brand new part. At least all the brackets were there and I was able to restore the unit to original configs. I guess you just have to ask a lot of questions, even ones you dont think of? But it's all on the car now and working fine. Tomorrow I drive it to work so I'll get to see if the oil cooler really makes a difference. Although my oem tension rods were fine I did notice a slight difference when turning with the stiffer polyurethane bushings, nothing that made me go WOW though. It's all good.
